این تجهیز به ظاهر ساده می تواند طول عمر دستگاه و یا قطعه مورد نظر شما را سال ها افزایش دهد به شرطی که
طرز استفاده از آن را به خوبی بدانید.
این قطعات معمولا روی موارد زیر نصب می شوند:
- پردازنده (processor)
- منبع تغذیه (Power Supply)
- لیزر های توان بالا
- ال ای دی (LED)
هیت سینک ها حرارت را از تجهیزات جذب می کنند و با ماکزیمم کردن سطح تماس با سیال اطرافشان، حرارت را به آن سیال منتقل می کنند.

Coolers O253-150 are used for one-sided and two-sided cooling of power semiconductor devices of tablet design, with housing types PD50 PD53, PD54, PT51, PT53, PT53-1, PT54, PTO54, D.D2, T.D1, T.D2, T .D5. The dissipated power of the chiller with free cooling is 220 W, the cooling surface area is 5957.2 cm2. Air cooling can be natural or forced, depending on the amount of heat generated and the operating conditions of the semiconductors. Semiconductor devices (power diodes, thyristors) of tablet design are mounted in coolers by tightening bolts and crossheads. To achieve minimum electrical losses and maximum heat dissipation of the devices, it is necessary to observe the corresponding compression force Fm indicated in the characteristics of the power device. The compression force is determined by the deflection of the crosshead. The contact surfaces of the cooler and the power device should have low roughness and flatness deviations. Before installation, the contact surfaces of the cooler, down conductor and power device must be wiped with coarse calico moistened with alcohol (toluene, gasoline, acetone) and it is recommended to lubricate with a thin layer of KPT-8 silicone heat-conducting paste. The heatsinks of the cooler are made of aluminum radiator profiles and do not require additional protective coating during operation in various climatic conditions.
